"Definitely a repeat customer"
I had an awesome time purchasing my vehicle from LMC. Everything went smoothly, and it was super simple to handle everything via phone and email. Mo was incredibly helpful and fantastic. I would absolutely shop at LMC again.

"Thrilled to have discovered the perfect car..."
What a great day it was when we stumbled upon the exact vehicle we needed at LMC Cars. It matched our previous car's make and model, which had been written off just six weeks prior. The service was speedy, the sales team was super helpful, and the whole ordering and delivery process was seamless. Our car showed up yesterday, looking pristine and as good as new. Kudos to LMC Cars!

"Beware of This Dealer!!!"
We purchased a Ford Edge (17 plate with 48k miles). After having it for just over a year and driving 7k miles, we encountered an engine light that displayed a spanner. Took it to Ford, and they found out we needed a new transmission because the thick black oil from the fluid had caused damage. There was no record of any transmission fluid change in their system. Ford quoted us 6k for the repairs, but LMC Cars refused to take any responsibility. All the liability fell on us. The car is supposed to have a tfs every 37k miles. LMC Cars sold us a vehicle that had problems from the start. Bottom line: Citizens Advice says we have a case, and we're currently dealing with the ombudsman.

"Brake Issues with My E220d..."
I bought an E class E220d, and it’s got this pesky intermittent brake failure. Honestly, the car feels unsafe and isn’t fit for what I intended to use it for. I’ve tried reaching out to James, the manager, to sort this out several times, but he hasn’t bothered to return my calls. I even left messages with Sirena, the sales manager, and it’s been two months since I heard anything back from him after the sale.

I flagged this problem to the dealership just a week after I bought it and asked to return the car within 14 days.

Fingers crossed they’ll get this sorted! I’m holding off on giving a full review until there’s a resolution, but honestly, two months post-sale, things aren’t looking too bright.

If I don’t hear back in the next two weeks, I’ll have to take it to the County Court and trading standards since they’re not registered with the motor ombudsman.

Sale date was 4/11/2022.

Today’s date is 4/1/2023. Please reach out so we can get this fixed.

"Charming Fiat 500X"
Top-notch customer support and attention, assisted throughout the process by Sirena, who was always eager to assist. There were a couple of delays on my side, but she remained extremely professional, supportive, and patient—no aggressive sales tactics here.

"STAY AWAY! DO NOT SHOP HERE!"
I recently bought a BMW 2 series from LMC Cars, and let me tell you, my experience with James, the owner, was just awful. Seriously, steer clear of this place. Here’s what went down:

* I had a faulty tire pressure sensor, and James told me it wasn’t covered by the warranty, even though the documents clearly say it is.

* After a bunch of back-and-forth, he told me to get a quote from a local garage (and not to go to BMW), and when they quoted £78 for a BMW tire sensor, he flat out refused, saying he could get a non-genuine part from Euro for £35 instead.

* I called Eurocar Parts, and they said they didn’t have that part in stock and wouldn’t for a while. When I informed James about this, he implied I was lying and insisted he could get one, promising to send me a part.

* Just 20 minutes later, his colleague called and suggested I go to Halfords since they had an account with them. I called Halfords, and they said they’d only get the part from BMW anyway. When I told James this, he said, "they’ll fit whatever I tell them to," and again refused to go with a BMW part.

In the end, I just went to my local garage and paid out of pocket for the BMW part. I have to ask: A.) If it’s supposedly not covered under warranty, why offer to pay for a non-genuine part when I bought the car with genuine parts? B.) Why make such a big deal over a £40 difference when I just dropped £21,000 on a car? C.) It’s obvious the dealer knew about this issue and cleared the error on the screens before I bought the car. D.) Clearly, the checks they claim to do on the car aren’t legit, and E.) why charge a £200 admin fee when selling a car? That’s just part of the job.

Overall, James was super difficult, rude, and it’s clear he doesn’t care at all. I strongly advise anyone to STAY AWAY FROM LMC CARS. This was just a tire sensor. Imagine if there’s a bigger issue, like with the engine. They’d probably suggest swapping it out for a toy engine from Thomas the Tank Engine (after claiming it’s not covered!). Do yourself a favor and look for another dealer who actually gives a hoot.

"Grateful for Sirena's Help"
It was my first experience buying a new car through a dealership, and I was really blown away by the service and communication from Sirena throughout the whole process. She was super helpful and never pushed me into anything. I’ll definitely suggest LMC to anyone in the market for a new ride. I got a fantastic deal trading in my old car and couldn't be happier with my new one. Huge thanks to Sirena for assisting me with my Fiat 500!

Fantastic experience from beginning to end. Sirena was super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, always ready to answer our questions. There was never any pressure to make a decision. We dropped by multiple times and checked out nearly every car. Sirena was there to assist us, and we truly valued her time and guidance. "Avoid This One"
This is a total dud. Watch out for these folks; they sold me a defective car, and when I ran into issues, they wouldn’t even consider fixing it, despite having a three-year warranty. Don’t trust them; they’re dishonest.

I purchased my daughter's initial vehicle from Ben at LMC. From our very first call to the moment we arrived to check out the car, Ben had it prepped for a test drive. He was super helpful in showing her the controls and making sure she felt at ease behind the wheel since she had just gotten her license. Fantastic service and really supportive—I'll surely return to buy another car!
